Matt is an experienced Quantity Surveyor and Project Manager with over 20 years experience in the construction and development sector.
Working with contractors from small / medium size to £1Bn plus nationals he has experience in the detail, risk and what makes a project a success from the bottom up.
The last 10 years in consultancy and as a director before forming M2 Project Surveyors Ltd with the view to doing things better.
Matt has worked with FTSE 100 companies providing strategic project management, cost modelling and implementation of data capture and supported the business with team development and the experience required.
Jim is a vastly experienced consultancy Quantity Surveyor and Project Manager and is well respected throughout the licensed trade and hospitality industry.
His experience, attention to detail and determination are the foundations of what M2 Project Surveyors is and has continued with our existing clients who know how Jim successfully undertakes every project.
Jim has led teams of surveyors to manage client accounts, getting the best out of everyone to complete every project from simple fit outs to complex new builds working to the clients expectation and brief and building relationships with contractors and consultants alike.
